Hi, I’m Jasmine from Twin Owls Farm. I’m a city girl turned homesteader that has learned a lot along the way. Follow my blog to learn more about my successes (and failures!) adapting to country and homesteading life.

Twin Owls Farm is a small family farm run by my husband Brendan and I. In 2016 we decided to move from Vancouver to Maple Ridge, BC, Canada. What began as us searching for a 1 acre property where we could have a small garden snowballed into us buying a 9 acre property in the Agricultural Land Reserve. We had a small garden plot in Vancouver, but neither of us had any farming experience. We decided to wing it, and the rest is history!

We now have multiple garden plots, both an old growth orchard and new orchard planted by us, a blueberry patch, and 30 heritage chickens with rainbow eggs for sale daily. We always strive to practice organic and sustainable farming techniques and highly value the humane treatment of our animals. We have tons of upcoming home and farm upgrades to keep us busy over the next few years, stay tuned to watch us grow.
